The Colour Monster is a board pop-up book with lovely illustrations by Anna Llenas. Following this fantastic creature, the book explores his feelings, from being angry, calm, happy, scared and sad. A little girl helps him to identify his emotions through colour, so little and older readers can help him too.
This book opens up and encourages the conversation between parents and toddlers about how they feel, to help them recognise their sentiments, even when confused.
Spanish illustrator and graphic designer Anna Llenas has developed graphic projects for clients as diverse as La Vanguardia (the Spanish daily newspaper), Nestle, and the Government of Catalonia. She has collaborated with other authors as an illustrator.
