Taken as part of the Beautiful Memories by Antony Nobilo showcases the vintage camera collection photographer Nobilo has acquired over 20 years consisting of over 250 cameras ranging from 1925 through to the end of the main-stream film camera era in the mid 1990’s.
The vintage cameras documented here were responsible for capturing many key moments throughout the 20th century and many were used by celebrity photographers including David Bailey, Mario Testino and Terry Richardson.
This collection captures the character and beauty of many iconic camera such as Kodak, Yashica Contax, Halina, Praktica & Kodak having ceased production of cameras entirely due to the digital revolution. The collection allows both professionals and enthusiast photography-lovers.
The Kodak Instamatic 32 is a simple instant-load, point-and-shoot camera using 126 Cartridge film, made in the UK by Kodak Ltd. It was introduced in 1972 - one of many Instamatic cameras and withdrawn in 1973.
