A painting activity set to create 4 designs, it invites children to discover the style of Paul Gauguin, the great post-impressionist master. Designed by artist and illustrator Vanessa Hié for Djeco.
Little by little, colour is added to the paintings, bringing the women of Tahiti to life. Each design has its own range of colours to create beautiful paintings inspired by Gauguin, to introduce children from the age to 7 to his style.
The set includes 4 illustrated watercolour paper cards (20 x 20 cm), 4 thick cardboard paint palettes, 1 brush, 1 step-by-step explanatory booklet in colour.
Djeco is a family business, created by Véronique Michel-Dalès in 1954. Djeco’s games are attractive, intelligent and fun at the same time. Their games have been translated into every language for children in 60 different countries across the world. They have been hugely successful and won four Oscars for toys in the 1960s. The company name is a reference to the gecko, the lucky lizard.
