Curated especially for the Women in Revolt! Art and Activism exhibition, this neon yellow vinyl record has been crafted and compiled to reveal the music that defined the decades of the 1970s – 1990s. The bands included on this record not only represent the politically and socially charged backdrop of the late 20th century, but it provides a musical framework for the provocative visual artwork that characterises this era of radical feminism.

The 12-inch vinyl comes with the LP track list which was collaboratively compiled by Linsey Young, Curator of Contemporary British Art at Tate Britain, and Julie Weir, Head of Music for Nations.
